should have the ability to set your options in the GUI and if you decide to export that to a cmd line, you can click a button and have the cmd line synatx exported for scripting.

Sorry for the late reply, was on away from the office.

if you click on the Synchronize button from the toolbar , anything you set under there or within the TRANSFER SETTINGS button.

I think you should be able to select your options, save them and then export it to a log so you can copy the exact syntax and then script it yourself from a cmd prompt.
