Hi,
I have installed cygwin ssh server on win2003 server and winscp on my xp sp2 client.
All worked fine till yesterday.
I login as administrator.
Today I've changed the administrator password and now I can't login !
Consider that I can telnet on that machine on port 22 and ssh server give me a response.
Here the log.
What can I do?
Thanks.

I'm not sure, but maybe you have to update /etc/passwd file once you have changed the password.

I think I've already done it.
I write in the bash prompt:

passwd Administrator

(I tryed also the command passwd without parameters)
The system confirm that password was changed, but where is it stored?
If I looked at /etc/passwd the file date remains still to 28 december... and in this file at the line Administrator I see "Administrator:unused_by_nt/2000/xp:500:513:Administrator, " is that normal?

I have no idea how and if does changing password using passwd work on Windows. I suggest you to change your password using Windows Control Panel and to regenerate the /etc/passwd file.
