Disable SSH shell opening for specific websites

I have configured WinSCP to open an SSH shell automatically, as soon as I get connected to the server. (automatically opens a new session in Putty).

This is great, this is what I want. but sometimes I connect to FTP servers, it would be nice if there was a checkbox under the advanced tab of each website to disable this automatic connection, because FTP servers don't have SSH.

Or maybe we could only enable this automatic putty feature on SCP and SFTP servers.

This is not an important feature to me, just putting it out there as a suggestion.
