Scheduled Transfer to remote directory every hour

Hi there,

I have been tasked to send folders filled with files to a centre ftp server every hour.

These folders may contain folders/files that were already uploaded on the previous hour. Is it possible to read what is already on the remote directory, then ignore this on the local directory so that it only uploads what is new?

I plan to have this automation run via Windows Scheduler.
