It is one user of Japan that uses WinSPC.
Because it doesn't have English language skill, the translation site is used.
Please acknowledge it.

The machine of home was actually renewed to WindowsVistaServicePack2.
In that case, the problem happened.

The up-loading speed decreases rapidly.
It has decreased to 300-kilo bps originally going out by 3M.

When inquiring of Microsoft in Japan
It is because WinSCP doesn't formally correspond to WindowsVistaSP2 understood.

Please update it.
Japanese or English of reply, please.
I want to translate the answer of English by using the translation site.
I'm sorry by poor English.

What is PSCP/PSFTP from PuTTY?
Please teach linked Websites if it is possible to do.
It goes out only by 300 kilobytes in WinSCP though the speed of 3MB goes out in ftp.

How to do because all are English is not understood.
Besides, is it a person who is applying service pack 2 and isn't there problem?
Is this only my problem? The upgrade is expected.

It slows in Winscp though the speed of the measurement 3MB in ftp goes out ..under about 10%...
Isn't it a bug of WINSCP?

You might want to try and read this, https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/sbs/2007/04/24/common-networking-issues-after-applying-windows-server-2003-sp2-on-sbs/, which seems to offer a number of suggestions for fixing network speed after installing Vista's SP2.
