When temporary directory is set in a short form, like C:\DOCUME~1\Martin\LOCALS~1\Temp\, WinSCP may not be able to agree with the WinSCP drag&drop shell extension on name of fake file being dragged.

This is reported on Vista only. Vista seems to convert dragged filename from short form to long form, before passing the path to the shell extension.
