I have sent you an email with a debug version of WinSCP to address you have used to register on this forum.
I close a tab by right clic + disconnect, winscp switch to tab with an already connection and show the error.
Maybe the problem appear when session log window is open.
option logging
- Enable session logging on level normal
- log to file %TEMP%\!S.log append
- show log window : display complete session
