Hi, error appeared sever minutes after pluging out pendrive where the files were copied from server. Coying was successfull.

Have WinSCP use a source directory (left hand side) of a USB stick.
Attach the USB stick as a pass-through in Virtual Box to a Windows guest (ie, connect the USB to the Guest using VB control in the lower-right hand corner - this makes it unavailable to the host operating system).
