I plead guilty, I opened a new tab's session in winscp portable, waited for it to have loaded, alt-tabbed to acdsee, selected two jpegs, and drag-and-dropped them, with my mouse and another alt-tab, into the remote files directories display of winscp. That was evil :D
That bug happens from times to times, I can't find a pattern causing it, I can't replicate it.
Reporting it again just in case it may help, that's not a big issue, once or twice a week.
