您的意思是在 WINSCP 下看到 伺服器上的檔案是 ?????.doc 嗎？如果是這樣子，這跟 您伺服器上的環境變數有關。
假設您用 PUTTY 登入後，可以看到 ????.doc 為 正常顯示的 文件檔名.doc 那麼就是 WINSCP 的問題啦。

我在 5.1.2版沒有這種問題，更新版本以後就有這種問題。（putty下顯示是？？？.doc）

我將版本降級到5.1.18就ok了
相信程式還有點問題
