1. Duplicate a folder over SFTP using a local directory.
2. Skip a big file.
3. Copy failed.
4. Select individual files from the source folder. Use Duplicate to the same destination folder as before (does not exist), using a local directory.
5. Copy Failed.
6. Download files to a local directory.
7. Upload the local directory to the remote server.
8. Quit WinSCP.

I get this message when closing WinSCP after having previously received error 3 Permission denied error transferring a file. I believe Error 3 to be false (as I'm admin on the remote machine) so it might be related.

The problem happens rarely. I cannot reproduce it.

This is the first time I got this error, not able to reproduce.
I was Connected to a Raspberry Pi (Stretch) from My Windows 10 Lenovo PC.
I had a couple of errors during file trasfer to raspberry (editing of text script files), I don't remember the errors, but I resolved boths times with a "Retry", then I decided to close WinSCP and I got this error.

Launched WinSCP, created a new site, connected to it. Then tried to change directories to /var/log directly. That didn't work. Tried to reconnect to the same site in the same session, then got this error.

I'm experiencing the same behaviour. When I open a folder with more than 10 thousand files on the server side the app hangs, sometimes disconnects, and eventually crashes.

Windows 7 64bit
Phenom II x4 3.0 GHz
4 GB DDR3 1066MHz
10 Mb/s Internet connection

When holding the refresh key down inside a directory, you'll eventually get a search icon (like it's trying to load the folder), and then it'll eventually say the host hasn't responded with a wait dialog. Go ahead and close the connection, and then you can connect to another host (or if you have another tab, switch to it). No matter what, you'll eventually crash in the next 30 seconds with the following.

Note that the host hasn't stopped responding, either. In previous versions this has never happened.

Also, note that when you click "OK" on the message below, the WinSCP window is frozen. You'll have to use task manager to end task.
