The problem happens rarely. I cannot reproduce it.

I left a session idle. When I returned it had popped up a dialog asking for the password to my private key ("Private key file" setting). I did not need to reconnect, so I clicked cancel. The result was this error followed by unending "Invalid access to memory" errors (another would pop up when I clicked OK, so I had to just kill the process).

Just close several sessions tabs by CTRL+W, till last tab. On last tab i saw error dialog message.
Perhaps i has problem with internet connection to server.
