The problem always occurs on specific connection which requires certificate authorization with Pageant. During the connection Pageant is invoked and I type certificate password. It seems like it is connecting but after second or two the error dialog appears.
This connection did work in the past and other people are using it (also with WinSCP) and don't have this issue.
Two things happend between working and not working:
- WinSCP upgrade
- New USB certificate
I don't know which of two above is the reason of problem.
I am able to connect to SFTP with PuTTY.

Nie można zainicjować protokołu SFTP. Czy na hoście działa serwer SFTP? (translation: Could not initiate SFTP protocol. Does SFTP server is running on host?)
