winscp is redrawing the windows every minute, reconnects to sftp server every couple of minutes, interrupt and retakes file transfer, This is behaviour since winscp 6.5. Happens on my HP Z4 workstation with 3 4K monitors. On my laptop everything works flawless. I reinstalled windows but it didn't change the problem.
