Invalid access to memory - Vcl::Forms::TCustomForm::Close

The IP of the session has been changed, and then restored to its original value, while I was editing a text document.
I clicked save, some-when along the line, and it didn't save the document.
I tried to save after I validated the IP has been restored, but the error message kept showing up.

Tried to modify a file in the server, when I clicked "save" it started showing "connecting...". Then I closed the session and started again, tried modifying the file again and got this error.
