[SCP] How to use "sudo -i"?

please help me. How to use "sudo -i" in SCP connection?

I tried configuration: Screenshot_23.jpg
After connection WinSCP said: Screenshot_24.jpg

I need "sudo -i", otherwise I can not modify the file for insufficient permissions on the server.
