Computer was just woke up from sleep, I clicked on the taskbar icon, WinSCP was beneath a couple of other windows. When I clicked on the icon, it didn't come to the front, so I clicked on the actual edge of the WinSCP window, and that's when it went haywire. (this has never happened before) I just re-installed my windows from win 10 1809, back to win 10 1803 yesterday.

The problem happens rarely. I cannot reproduce it.
