| Comment | The timezone offset session option is disabled for SFTP protocol: https://winscp.net/eng/docs/ui_login_scp#other_options This is because with SFTP all timestamps are by specification transferred in UTC, hence no offset is necessary. However it may come useful in case of communication with buggy SFTP server (BTW, there is already a Daylight saving time option present for the same reason).
