I cannot read file panel font. How can I make panel font bigger?

The file panel font follows system-wide icon title font setting.

You can either change:

• Overal size of the font for whole system: On Windows 7, go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display > Make it easier to read what’s on your screen.
• Size of the font for list views (file panel) only: On Windows 7, go to Control Panel. In search box on top-right, type “metrics” and click Change windows colors and metrics in search results. On the dialog that appears, find Item drop down menu and select “Icon”. Use Size drop down menu next to Font to change font-size.
