Hi

I am using Windows XP running SP3 and have installed WinSCP on it. I am connecting my pc using ethernet cable to a Cisco switch.

The switch has been configured for SSH, AAA & username and password. The SCP service is also enabled on the switch.

When i try to connect i get the error “BASH is incompatible”. I can SSH into the switch with no problem. So the problem is not with SSH but with WinSCP.

How do i get around “BASH is incompatible” and what do i have to do in order to make Windows XP compatible with WinSCP ?

Help would be highly appreciated.
