Compare Directories

You can make WinSCP select (highlight) files that are new or different than in an opposite panel using Compare directories function.

This function is available in Norton Commander interface only. To find it, go to Commands > Compare Directories.

NB! As of current (latest release v 3.7.4), the program does not support comparing directories recursively. The different amount of subdirectories existing in compared directories will have no impact on the result of comparation, they are not taken in account.

By default files are compared by their last modification timestamp. You can change a criterions in preferences.
