During my tenure as Branch Manager,Seoni Malwa, I have achieved the deposit growth and advances and brought NPA to a minimum level and profit of the branch to increasing trend and improved the inspection ratings in all the four year periods as shown during the inspection period.
OPERATIONAL ASSISGNMENT:
I have contributed for the operational and Credit Management areas during the tenure as Branch Manager, CRM has percentage of 82.67% and ORM as 82.29% for the year 2014 and CRM-76%,ORM-88.26% and EC-100% for the year 2016. I have contributed in the areas of Operational areas such as; KYC updation 9000 remaining 180; De-duplication of CIF done, LCPC AOF 4000 remaining 180 only Signature scan 4000 (200 remaining)Pre GBSS reconciliation work done with the time limit.
ALTERNATE CHANNEL AND OTHERS;
During the campaign period I have sourced the products as below: Year 2014 : MBS-250,INB/CINB-364, RD 330 accounts Year 2015 : MBS-150,INB/CINB-180,PAI-300 policies Year 2016 : MBS-155,INB/CINB-110, PAI-350 GRC-110 cards.
GOVERNMENT INITIATIVE : I have sourced deposit and loan proposals pertaining to Govt Initiative products Jandhan Yojana : 6000 account Opening;PM BeemaSuraksha,JeevanJyoti/Atal Pension Yojana 3000 insurance cover provided Mudra Loan 30 new cases Rs.50.00 lacs ; Gold Sovereign Bond 280 gm( Rs.9.00 lacs); GCC cards 15 days campaign:110 cards.
ALTERNATE CHANNEL: A new e-Corner is constructed for installation of CDM machine, ATM machine, Swayam Passbook Printing and INB facility to the customers so as to increase the alternate channel product, installation of GCC Machine In all the three counters of SWO for green channel transaction.
CROSS SELLING PRODUCTS: I have sourced commission for Branch during the tenure as Branch Manager and commission earned from Cross Selling Products like SBI Life Insurance, SBI General Insurance and SBI Mutual fund as per list below Year.
