Endurance Tab
The Endurance tab allows you to configure support for automatic transfer resuming and reconnecting.

Transfer Resume
For performance reasons automatic resuming file transfer is supported only for files larger than a given threshold. By default the threshold is 100 KiB. You can change it, enable resume for all files (not recommended) or disable it altogether.
Automatic resuming is supported for SFTP protocol only. Learn more about manual resuming.
Automatic Reconnect
Use the checkbox to enable automatical reconnection of broken transfers. You can also configure how long will WinSCP wait before reconnection attempt. Note that you can always force earlier attempt manually. The setting applies for foreground transfers only. For background transfers the interval is always 2 seconds.
