Uploads to directories where "list" is disabled?

I occasionally need to upload a file to a remote ftp site where the file list command is disabled on the directory I'm supposed to upload the file to. The only access I have is via ftp. WinSCP fails to open the directory with a "permission denied" error. From using other clients - specifically any command-line ftp clients - I know I have access to the directory, it's just that the access is write-only, no reads allowed.

Is there any way to make this work using WinSCP?
