Can't Navigate to My Users Local Desktop

Hi everyone,

I'm having a very strange problem, I'm unable to switch to any folders outside of my local directory. For some reason, it's not showing my user account in the local side of the interface.

When I try and use the dropdown to navigate to another area of the C drive, nothing happens, it doesn't go anywhere. When I click on the "Open Directory" button, I navigate to the folder that I want to go to, but it doesn't take me anywhere, and no error message shows up either.

It's really frustrating and this is also the only user on this laptop.

Any help would be appreciated.
