S3 Upload not continued after windows bsod-ed

S3 Uploads are not continued after winscp is restarted and the file is reselected again for upload to the remote when windows bsod-ed when performing the initial upload.

Within "s3cmd.py" the upload of winscp is still shown, as does s3browser (from s3browser.com).
The other clients also allow the view the parts of the upload.
But WinSCP does not offer any obvious way to continue this upload.

Please improve the multipart upload continue feature of WinSCP when dealing with s3 buckets.
