I do not know Citrix.
All I can tell is, that WinSCP stores the sessions either to HKCU registry or to an INI file.

If we load SFTP sites in WinSCP on the citrix server directly, not by signing into citrix and accessing WinSCP through a published app, will those sites be visible and usable for all Citrix users when they access WinSCP through the published apps?
