There is no unicode build of WinSCP and Borland C++ Builder does not support unicode.

Is there Unicode builds of WinSCP?
All the buzz about UTF-8 isn't worth much if WinSCP cannot handle local file names with international charachters. :-/
IOW, WinSCP/ANSI cannot display characters in the file names of charset different of Wind0ze default.
