WINSCP takes 5+ Minutes to Load

Latest version 5.17.6.10516. Takes 5 sometimes 10 minutes to load. I can see it in task manager the whole time. It starts to load and I get not responding as it opens and then a few minutes later it is open and functioning. Any help appreciated. How can I debug this to figure out what's causing the problem.
