A basic google search led me to believe that winscp could basically run on ARM processors and, more specifically, the microsoft surface pro X SQ1 tablet.
However, when i try to install it, i keep getting this error:

C:\Program Files (x86)\WinSCP\DragExt64.dll
Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3

How can i install winscp on a surface pro tablet?
