Re: winscp interferes with visual studio???
SSH protocol is very CPU intensive. So that may be the reason why other applications are slow during the transfer.

...or it is a general problem to a variety of programs?
Whenever i transfer large files (above 700 mb) from remote directory to my pc and i open visual studio 6 it opens a minute later and when i terminate tha program it freezes after a while (with error message "Cannot pass parameters to program") (transfer continues normally). When transfers are completed (or aborded) everything goes fine.
Has anyone noticed something similar?
