I had similar problems, I managed to solve it by specifying the shell to /bin/bash in the shell-tab in the settings.

I'm having the same problem. I looked at the requirements and checked the "use alias to ..." under the Shell tab and it is still giving the same error.

Group name is missing in your directory listing. Please read the Requirements.
