So please post a log file from the other library. Also WinSCP log file for the successful .msi download.

thank you, but this I knew, this is the error message I was getting...

and, it works OK with a *.msi file, it works if I use "Setup*.exe", and it works with another library...

All I can see in the log is that the server fails to provide file attributes:

> 2020-11-16 14:33:19.281 MLST /G.Collection/1_3_1_0/Setup.exe
< 2020-11-16 14:33:19.482 550 '/G.Collection/1_3_1_0/Setup.exe' cannot be listed

I cannot tell why. Please contact your server administrator.

Re: Can't get attributes of file...

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, set Session.SessionLogPath. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Can't get attributes of file...

Hello,
I receive this error message
'Can't get attributes of file '/G.Collection/1_3_1_0/Setup.exe'.
Could not retrieve file information
'/G.Collection/1_3_1_0/Setup.exe' cannot be listed'

I use C#, note that if I download another file, for example Setup.msi, everything is fine.
I use the latest version, Visual Sutdio 2019

At your disposal for any further information

Amitiés
Lionel
