invalid characters in path

Hi,
when i start the WinSCP portable in the version 5.17.10(Build 11087) with a user account i get the error invalid characters in path.

With an adminstrator account i doesn't get this issus.

Is there any fix ?

WinSCP 5.17.9 Portable - Invalid characters in path

Hi
Just downloaded new version WinSCP 5.17.9 Portable, unziped, at it doesn't start. Main window blink and disappear i got error "Invalid characters in path" (see attachment).
