Cannot get real path

I have a server I am connecting to fine with other FTP clients like FileZilla but with WinSCP, I am getting the error 'Cannot get the real path...' Most posts indicate this is a server issue. I have attached the log for you to review. Is there anything I can do to connect? I am using WinSCP in a .NET Core worker service and need to be able to connect with WinSCP unless connecting in code handles it differently than manually through the WinSCP interface.
