i forgot my login and password
hello i need to reset login and password to my site and i dont know how can someone help me ?

Cannot login
when putting in the details to logon:-
FTP Server Hostname:.....: ftp.stuf.nz
FTP Server IP Address:...: 210.5.50.147
FTP Username:............: stuf722
FTP Password:............: ***********
Document Root............: /httpdocs
After about 15 seconds this message comes up:-
The server rejected SFTP connection, but it listens for FTP connections.
Did you want to use FTP protocol instead of SFTP? Prefer using encryption.
So I tried with ftp protocol and a box comes up and at bottom is a place to put a password.
I have put in the one supplied by my hoster. the FTP password but that does not work.
says "access denied.
