Re: Overwrite local files

I'm not sure I understand the problem.
Are you aware that Windows do not allow files whose names differ only by a letter case?

Overwrite local files

I am transfering image files that I uploaded to my hosting server to my local PC as a backup using WinSCP

I learned that when I uploaded files to my website and used the same name - for example "Feature" it would change the case of the first letter if it was a duplicate. For example Feature.gif and feature.gif are different pictures on my website, but when WINSCP downloads them windows treats them the same. Going forward, I will name my pictures differently so this won't happen. But is there anyway to workaround this for now?
