WinSCP support for Backblaze B2 "Lock Object" function, using Amazon S3 protocol

OS is Win 10 Pro.
Using newly installed WinSCP version 5.17.10, GU interface.
Amazon S3 protocol.
I Do not see any method to invoke command(s) for Lock Object.
Backblaze lists WinSCP as implementing the S3 Compatible API.
Using WinSCP I can navigate to my Backblaze B2 buckets.
Is the Lock Object command present in WinSCP? If so a usage example would be appreciated.
Thank you.
