I do not understand the question. You have SFTP set up on your server, otherwise your client would not be able to upload files using SFTP to your server.

Hi,
I have a question about SFTP, we have a client who is sending files to our server using SFTP. They are saying that it is taking a long time for the file to be sent. Could the cause of this slow upload be due to us not having SFTP set up on our server, or could it be due to the size of the files (about 1MB), just taking longer because SFTP is a slower protocol?
Do you need to have SFTP set up to receive files sent by SFTP?
