Enable parallel transfers with SFTP file encryption

There is an under appreciated use-case for WinSCP.

Users can setup SFTP connections with file encryption to a remote server to have a secure and private data repository.

Currently, SFTP file encrypted connections do not support parallel transfers, although a bug allows it to work with external file editors (and for manually edited files, this works 99% of the time without issue – though it can occasionally cause remote file duplication).

If they also use an encrypted drive they can effectively have a secure private repository of files that is encrypted in transit, at rest, as well as on the remote.

For me, this has been a wonderful way to work, daily, but there are probably many use-cases for being able to work on a secure encrypted file system through WinSCP.
