If your "cloud" supports some of the protocols that WinSCP does (SFTP, FTP, S3, WebDAV), then sure. That's what WinSCP is for.

Synchronize from the Cloud

I need a way for customers to synchronize our repository on the Cloud to their computer. It would be nice if they had to type a username and password to access the data. Can WinSCP do something like this?
