TLS 1.3 session reuse not working
Hi, I'm running an FTP server with vsftpd 3.0.4 and when TLS 1.3 is enabled and TLS session reuse is required for data connections, WinSCP isn't able to establish data connections after the first initial directory listing.
This is with the latest WinSCP 5.19.
