Yes, the error comes from the server.

Okay, I don't want to be 'that guy' who asks YOU to solve my own personal server side problems, but this question is much less than that.

All I am wondering and could really use your help in answering is this question:

Is this error referring to the remote side (where I was trying to PUT a file) - their disk quota? I assume "yes"--it's not referring to my local server, where I'm running WinSCP + this script, is it?
