I'm sorry, but I do not understand the problem you are reporting.
Are you using Open Session in PuTTY? What exactly does does WinSCP overwrite? When you are opening session in PuTTY from WinSCP, WinSCP indeed overwrites the "WinSCP temporary session". That's what it is for.

Hi,

Anyone encounter WinSCP overwriting PuTTY the WinSCP temporary session connection setting.
Under Connection > Sending of null packets to keep session active > Seconds between keepalives (0 to turn off).

It automatically overwrite the value and change the value to 30, anyone encounter as such?
