Failed to run WinSCP in Windows Task Scheduler with account SYSTEM

I installed WinSCP5 in Windows Server 2019, and want to run it by task scheduler, I can run it successfully with my Windows user account but failed to run with account "SYSTEM", anyone could advise? Thanks!

P.S. The task executes script like this: 
C:\"Program Files (x86)\WinSCP\WinSCP.exe” "r123456@abc.defg.hijk.com" /console /script=C:\ABC\Script\AB.bat
