Would like to speak to developers of WinSCP about product based on WinSCP library to use scripting

I would like to speak to developers of WinSCP about product based on WinSCP library to use the scripting library libwinscp.dll. The application would simplify the process of automating FTP downloads using WinSCP, and alternative be run as a service on a Windows PC as well as set to run in the scheduled tasks.
