Can you download the file using any other SFTP client running on the same machine as WinSCP?

Large File Download Failed
Hello,
I'm trying to download a 3.5GB file from an SFTO system which is failing to download. The process would start but after 35 seconds it just timeout. This is happening in GUI and command line. I disabled "Optimize connection buffer size" increased timeout to 6000 sometime after trying several times it would start the download and failed. I looks like the connection just get disconnect from the SFTP. I checked my system and firewall and don't see anything that's causing the disconnect to occur. Any suggest what I can do to be able to successfully download this file? Thanks in advance.
