Does any other FTP client work in the same setup? Did you try to talk to your server administrator or internet provider?

So I have been using WinSCP for years, I have not changed my configuration, but this morning I am getting the error
Could not retrieve directory listing Can't open data connection.

This is my log of the situation:

Just wondering if anyone has any tips. I have just moved house so maybe it is something to do with my new IP address? I am unsure.
