Re: Connecting to WinSCP with VBA

Can you connect anyhow (in WinSCP GUI?) from the same machine that runs your VBA code?

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, set Session.SessionLogPath. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Connecting to WinSCP with VBA

I wish to create a macro that would automatically open Excel file in the WinSCP.
I tried to connect to WinSCP with the following code but I have encountered error.
I have attached the code below.

The error I have encountered in VBA:
Run -time error '-2146233088 (80131500)':
Connection has been unexpectedly closed. Server sent command exit status 0.

Session Log:
– Session upkeep
– Looking for network events
– Timeout waiting for network events
