Files caching

Hi everyone,
I use WinSCP to connect to Solaris 10. I have found that some symlinks do not update between sessions. For example, I use WinSCP to follow a link, close WinSCP, (the symlink has changed) reopen WinSCP, and it tries to open the original link, (it should open the new link.)
I suspect WinSCP is caching the link???
Can I disable caching, so I don't have to remember to refresh each time?
Thanks!
